Halfway to Hazard - Daisy and Every Rose Has It's Thorn

Halfway to Hazard's debut album will be hitting stores on August 14, 2007. Their debut single, Daisy, has been playing on CMT for a while now. It's a great song, and the boys can be seen and heard on the Faith Hill/Tim McGraw Soul2SoulII tour this summer. The second video is the boys singing Poison's classic, Every Rose Has It's Thorn at the US 95.7 Rest Stop. Enjoy the videos!

Miranda Lambert - Famous in a Small Town and New Strings

Since becoming a finalist on the 2003 television show, Nashville Star, Miranda Lambert has enjoyed a lot of success. Her first album, Kerosene, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country album charts, and it has since gone platinum. New Strings is one of my favorite songs from that album. Her latest single is another great song called Famous in a Small Town. Enjoy the videos!

Billy Ray Cyrus - Ready, Set, Don't Go and Achy Breaky Heart

I just finished watching the Glenn Beck show tonight, and he was interviewing Billy Ray Cyrus. It was a really good interview. I really didn't know a lot about Billy Ray except for his old days when he sported a mullet hairdo and now when he's acting on the Hannah Montana show. He's actually a pretty interesting and intelligent guy. He just released his 10th album, and the first single is called Ready, Set, Don't Go. It's a pretty good song. And, for comparison, I've also included the video for his only #1 single, Achy Breaky Heart. Enjoy the videos!

Gretchen Wilson - Come to Bed and Redneck Woman

Gretchen Wilson exploded onto the country music scene back in 2004 when her debut single, Redneck Woman, went to #1 on the Billboard Hot Country charts. So far, it's her only #1 hit. Her latest single is One Of The Boys, and earlier this year, she released Come to Bed, which was her first single off her third album, One of the Boys. It stalled at #32 on the charts, but the video features a slender and much sexier Gretchen than any of her previous videos. By the way, Big and Rich's John Rich lends his voice to the song, and he and Big Kenny had cameo appearances in Redneck Woman. Enjoy both videos!

Kenny Chesney - Beer In Mexico and She's Got It All

Kenny hit #1 earlier this year with Beer in Mexico, and he sang the song at the ACM Awards this year. (Sorry about the quality of the video, but it's the best video of him singing this song on the internet) The second video is She's Got It All, which was Kenny's first #1 single from back in 1997. Enjoy both videos!

Keith Urban - I Told You So and But For The Grace Of God

Keith Urban has been on fire lately. He's had a ton of hit singles and ever since he went to rehab, his personal life seems to be back on track. At least that's what he and Nicole Kidman keep saying, so we'll take their word for it until someone proves them otherwise. His latest single, I Told You So just moved up to #3 on the Billboard Hot Country charts, and it just might have enough steam to hit #1 in a few weeks. Keith's first #1 single was But For The Grace Of God, which hit #1 back in 2001. Enjoy both videos!

Rodney Atkins - These Are My People and If You're Going Through Hell

2006 and 2007 have been extremely good to Rodney Atkins. He seemingly came out of nowhere last year when his single If You're Going Through Hell was the #1 song for all of 2006 on the ACC countdown. And, his latest single, These Are My People, is a top 10 hit. Enjoy both videos!

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill - I Need You and It's Your Love

Tim and Faith haven't hit #1 with their latest duet, I Need You, yet, but it's still moving up the charts. Their first duet, It's Your Love, was their biggest hit together hitting #1 on the Billboard Hot Country charts and #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 pop charts back in 1997. The song also racked up at the Academy of Country Music Awards winning Single of the Year, Song of the Year, Video of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year. Enjoy both videos!

Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson - Because of You and Kelly Clarkson's Because of You

Kelly and Reba's duet of Because of You is rocketing up the country charts having already hit #12 on the Billboard Hot Country charts, and it's still climbing and destined to be another #1 hit for her. Kelly's version of the song peaked at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts back in late 2005. They're both great versions. Enjoy both videos!

Brad Paisley - Online and I'm Gonna Miss Her (The Fishin' Song)

Brad Paisley is a rare breed when it comes to his songs and his videos. He's the only country music superstar I know of who can take a funny story and translate it into a great song and video. Take his latest song, Online. It's an awesome song, and the video is great. The video features stars such as Jason Alexander (George Costanza from Seinfeld fame), William Shatner (Captain Kirk from Star Trek and Mr. Priceline.com), Estelle Harris (George's mother on Seinfeld), Patrick Warburton (David Putty from Seinfeld), Kellie Pickler and Taylor Swift. It's a great video.

And, back in 2002, Brad went to #1 on the Billboard Hot Country charts with his song, I'm Gonna Miss Her (The Fishin' Song). The video for this song was great and it featured his wife Kimberly Williams Paisley as well as Little Jimmy Dickens, Dan Patrick, and Jerry Springer, and the video won the CMA Music Video of the Year award. Enjoy both videos!

Taylor Swift - Teardrops On My Guitar and Tim McGraw

Similar to Kellie Pickler, Taylor Swift has put out two singles so far, and both of them have been huge hits. Her current single is Teardrops On My Guitar, and it's currently sitting at #8 on the ACC Top 40 countdown up from #12 last week.

Earlier in January of this year, she took her debut single, Tim McGraw, all the way up to #6 on the Billboard Hot Country charts, and she was only 16 years old! And, she won CMT's "Breakthrough Video of the Year" award this year as well. She's definitely on fire right now. Enjoy her videos!

Her first single was Red High Heels, which peaked at #15 on the Billboard Hot Country charts, and her latest single, I Wonder, which currently has risen as high as #15 on the charts as well. I Wonder was written about Kellie's mom who abandoned her when she was a little child. Enjoy!

Terri Clark - Dirty Girl & Better Things to Do

Today, I'm featuring two videos from a country singer who does wonders for a cowboy hat, Ms. Terri Clark. The first video is for her new single called Dirty Girl. You'll notice Terri's gotten herself into really great shape these days and is looking as great as she did back in 1995. The second video is for her first single she ever released called Better Things to Do, which peaked at #3 on the Billboard Hot Country charts back in 1995. Enjoy!

Bucky Covington - A Different World

American Idol's Bucky Covington has a hit on his hand's with this song, A Different World. The song definitely hits home with me since almost everything he sings about reminds me of my childhood. I've included two videos here. The first is the official music video for the song and the second is a behind the scenes look at the making of the video. Enjoy!

Montgomery Gentry - Lucky Man

Montgomery Gentry had the #1 Billboard Hot Country song this past week. Big & Rich are about to take their place, but it was a huge accomplishment for Troy and Eddie and it's their third #1 hit. Congratulations Boys! Here they are singing Lucky Man on the now former IMUS in the Morning show. Enjoy!

Big & Rich - Lost In This Moment

When the new Billboard Hot Country charts is released this week, Big & Rich will finally be on top with their first #1 single, Lost In This Moment. This song was actually written a long time ago by John Rich, Big Kenny and Keith Anderson. The boys pitched the song to everyone they could in Nashville, but no one would cut the song, so both Big & Rich and Keith Anderson included it on their new cd's. John and Kenny obviously beat Keith to the punch as Keith's version isn't due out until later this year. It'll definitely be a hard act to follow. Enjoy the video!
