Big Kenny left for Haiti to join the search for his missing friend and the CEO of SunEPI , Walt Ratterman. Walt was promoting renewable energy projects in rural parts of Haiti and went missing after the January 12th earthquake.
Big Kenny arrived in the Dominican Republic along with a crew of 10 doctors and a rescue team. They crossed the border into Haiti and dispersed amongst the Port-au-Prince area providing aid and medical assistance along the way. Big Kenny is currently at the Hotel Montana, where Walt was last seen. He is along side the Virginia Task Force 1 (VATF-1), Fairfax County, Virginia's urban search and rescue team, who's plan is to stay until every human being is accounted for.
He continues to relay information and share photos from the disaster area.

“There’s a song I didn’t cut, called ‘Michael,’ that’s probably the greatest song I’ve ever written,” Church says. “It’s about an alcoholic, a guy that stands up and says, ‘Hey, my name is Michael.’ He talks about his wife and kids, Little League and stuff. ‘That’s what’s going on in my life without me,’ he sings, and that’s where the hook came from. It was such a heavy song. The disappointment of this record was not having that song on it. But I couldn’t put it anywhere on the record and recover.”Here he is performing the song live. This is a great song and hopefully, he'll record it for an album someday. Enjoy!
Kellie's had a lot of different looks since we first saw her on American Idol, and now she's decided to go with an even shorter hairdo (photo below from People.com). Personally, I think she's beautiful no matter what style hairdo she goes with, but to compare, here's a look at the many different looks of Kellie Pickler.

Bridgette Tatum’s debut single “(I Like My) Cowboy’s Dirty” is about to be released to radio (it’s been on our radar since last summer) and while it recalls Gretchen Wilson, the rest of Bridgette’s debut album Sex, Church & Chicken can recall Wanda Jackson’s classic rockabilly as much as any other grooves and styles she hints at over the course of the record. One track to look out for on the record is the stunning “Johnny Cash’s Ashes.” Bridgette co-produced the album with singer songwriter Danny Myrick. Look for a late spring/early summer release for the record.

“His name is Simon Baker,” they sang to laughs in the crowd.
“Surfer dude. Home renovator. He was bound to be a Hollywood player.”
