The Eli Young Band first came onto the country scene back in 2002 when they released their self-titled debut album, but it wasn't until this year when they released their fourth album, Jet Black & Jealous, that they're starting to achieve success on the country charts. When It Rains is the first single from the album, and it peaked at #34 on the Billboard Hot Country charts earlier this year. Enjoy!
