Jessica Simpson - Come on Over

Like Jewel and Hootie and the Blowfish's Darius Rucker, pop queen Jessica Simpson has decided to release a country album. I have to admit, I was not expecting much from her considering I've never been a big fan of her music, but this isn't a bad song. It's actually a pretty catchy tune that will probably do pretty well on the charts. It's already moved up to #41 on the Billboard Hot Country charts after just being released.

Her official video for the song is supposed to be out some time later this month. For now, here's the song along with slides of Ms. Simpson. What do you think? Will she stay in country, or is this just a publicity attempt to get her back in the news for something other than her personal life? Enjoy!
