Chris Young's follow up single to his number one hit Gettin' You Home (The Black Dress Song) is The Man I Want To Be. While the lyrics and melodies in the song are somewhat bland, Young does a great job selling the song. He truly sounds like a man at the end of his rope who has no one else to turn to but God. In tough times like today, I think this song will truly resignate with a lot of people. That's one of the many things I love about country music. Songs about faith can still be hits. Enjoy!
