On this day back in 2006, Jason Aldean's Why moved up to number one on the Billboard Hot Country charts. It was his first number one country single. He's since scored three more number ones. Jason Aldean - Crazy Town - Live In NYC

Crazy Town has some big shoes to fill. Jason Aldean's last three singles (The Truth, Big Green Tractor and She's Country) have all went to number one on the Billboard Hot Country charts. His latest single is called Crazy Town, and I think it's got a great shot at making it to number one as well. If you're one of the few who still haven't picked up a copy of Jason's Wide Open CD, it's well worth the money. It's one of the best album's released in the last couple of years. She's Country is at #17 on the Billboard Hot Country charts right now. When he performed this song live at the CMA Awards last year, I wasn't that impressed, but as time has passed, it's really grown on me. It's actually one of my favorite songs right now.
