According to Terri, A Million Ways To Run is the most personal song she's ever written. It tells the story of someone who realizes that the way they've been confronting their addictions isn't working anymore. It's a powerful song with a strong message. I really hope this song does well on the charts here in America. It's her third single released from her 7th studio album The Long Way Home.

The first two singles, Gypsy Boots and If You Want Fire, were top ten hits in her native Canada, but both stalled at #92 and #85 respectively on the Billboard Hot Country charts. This song is already at #16 on the Canadian country charts, but hasn't charted within the top 100 on the Billboard Country charts yet.
