Justin Moore is celebrating a birthday today. He was born on this day back in 1984 in Poyen, Arkansas. Justin's released three singles so far from his self-titled debut album, with one of them (Small Town USA) going to number one. Newcomer Justin Moore's Small Town USA (MP3) is along the same lines as Jason Michael Carroll's Where I'm From and Montgomery Gentry's My Town (MP3).
